By approving an estimate or scheduling service with The Well Guy LLC, you agree to the following terms.
Services will be performed as described in the approved estimate, quote, or work order. Additional work required due to unforeseen conditions, hidden issues, or customer requests may require additional authorization and charges.
The customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the well system, electrical components, plumbing, and work areas necessary to complete the service.
Payment terms are listed on the estimate or invoice.
Unless otherwise stated:
Late or unpaid balances may be subject to collection efforts where permitted by law.
Water wells and underground systems can have hidden or unknown conditions. Additional repairs or materials may be required if issues are discovered during service.
Equipment and materials supplied by The Well Guy LLC remain the property of the company until paid in full.
Well yield, water quality, and system performance can vary due to natural conditions. The Well Guy LLC cannot guarantee water quality, production rate, or future system performance unless specifically stated in writing.
The Well Guy LLC provides a limited workmanship warranty on services performed. This warranty does not cover:
Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment where applicable.
The Well Guy LLC is not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or factors outside our control. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.
Customer information such as name, address, email, and well system details may be collected for service records and internal use. This information is not sold or shared outside of The Well Guy LLC.
