These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of our website and the services provided by The Well Guy LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or hiring The Well Guy LLC for services, you agree to the following terms.

The Well Guy LLC provides water well, pump, pressure system, and water filtration related services, including inspection, installation, maintenance, and repair.

All services are subject to site conditions, equipment availability, and safety considerations.

All estimates are based on the conditions known at the time of inspection or discussion.

Hidden, underground, or previously unknown conditions (including well depth, casing condition, electrical issues, plumbing issues, or water quality concerns) may require additional work and additional charges.

Only the work specifically described in your written estimate or invoice is included in the agreed scope of work.

You agree to provide reasonable access to the property, well, electrical components, and plumbing systems required to perform the work.

Delays caused by lack of access, unsafe conditions, or weather may require rescheduling.

Payment terms are stated on your estimate or invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• A deposit may be required to secure scheduling.
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work.

Unpaid balances may result in additional fees, collection costs, or legal action where permitted by law.

You are responsible for:

• Disclosing any known issues with your well system, water quality, plumbing, or electrical system
• Ensuring pets, obstacles, and hazards are safely secured prior to service
• Maintaining adequate electrical and plumbing infrastructure required for equipment operation

All equipment, materials, and components provided by The Well Guy LLC remain our property until paid in full.

Manufacturer warranties, if applicable, are provided by the manufacturer and not by The Well Guy LLC.

Water quality, yield, pressure, and well performance can vary due to natural and geological conditions.

The Well Guy LLC does not guarantee specific water results, flow rates, water chemistry, or long-term well performance unless expressly stated in writing.

The Well Guy LLC warrants its workmanship for a reasonable period under normal operating conditions.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Freezing damage
• Flooding damage
• Electrical supply issues
• Improper use, neglect, or modification by others
• Pre-existing system defects
• Acts of nature or environmental changes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Well Guy LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of water service, business interruption, or loss of use of property
• Damage caused by pre-existing conditions or system failures outside our control

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid to The Well Guy LLC for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You acknowledge that water well systems and underground utilities carry inherent risks.

The Well Guy LLC is not responsible for damage caused by unknown or unmarked underground lines, deteriorated piping, concealed defects, or previously installed equipment.

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to any systems or data.

All website content is the property of The Well Guy LLC unless otherwise stated.

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if unsafe conditions, non-payment, or improper conduct occurs.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on our website.
